    About the Role

    We have a unique new role for an In House Recruitment Assistant to join the Recruitment team. In this newly created role the In House Recruitment Assistant will provide administration and co-ordination support to the Recruitment team.

    Reporting to the Recruitment Manager the role will cover these key responsibilities…

    • You will be supporting the Recruitment Manager with the co-ordination of telephone screenings and interviews including contacting candidates, raising interview confirmations, redacting CV’s and capturing the candidate’s right to work.
    • You will be responsible for the management of the Careers inbox, responding to candidate enquiries in a timely fashion, ensuring all communication is on brand.
    • You will be supporting the Recruitment team with managing the Retail Store colleague vacancies, communicating with the Hiring Managers to drive through Unactioned applications and managing and processing response.
    • You will be responsible for completing weekly job advert reviews, re posting adverts for open vacancies, amending adverts and archiving adverts for closed vacancies, ensuring they are advertised across all job boards and social media.

     

    About the Person

    Ideally, we're looking for someone that is already in a recruitment environment whether this be administration, co-ordination of interviews or even conducting interviews, most importantly you will have the passion for recruitment. Working in house would be advantage but don’t worry if not, it’s not a necessity. You should know how to communicate and have the ability to build strong working partnerships. We’re looking for someone with a positive can do attitude and will have the ability to engage stakeholders.
