    About the Role

    We have an exceptional role which will allow you to develop and manage Account activity plans in order to deliver the budgeted volumes and margin for Next, Argos and Mothercare.

    Reporting to the Head of Sales the role will cover these key responsibilities…

    • You will implement the wholesale strategy and take full profit and loss accountability, driving sales, margin, brand exposure and controlling costs.
    • You will be developing joint business plans that are in line with the Mamas & Papas strategy and meet the targets of both partners.
    • You will work alongside partners to deliver product and sales training, acting as a brand guardian to ensure that the consumer receives the mamas & papas experience.
    • You will identify and develop opportunities to grow assigned key accounts.
    • You will have involvement and play a key role in our International Conferences and Buying Events.

     

    About the Person

     

    Ideally, were looking for someone that is already a National Account Manager within the FMCG / commercial market. Working in the nursery or toy background would be advantage but don’t worry if not, it’s not a necessity. You should know how to communicate and have the ability to build strong working partnerships. We’re looking for someone who will be able to demonstrate a results and customer focused approach and you will have a proven track record of delivering targets. You should be an exceptional negotiator and a brand ambassador, and will have the ability to challenge and think differently to resolve problems.
