About the Role
We’ve created a brand new concession for a brand new Mamas & Papas shopping experience within the Next Home store. Now we’re looking for the ideal Concession Manager to help us drive our Sales Consultants and Supervisors to bring this experience to our customers.
The role is based within the Next Home store, which will be 2500sqft concession of mamas & papas. This is the 1st concession store across the business so our Concession Manager must be the ultimate brand ambassador. It’s their job to lead the store team in delivering the very best customer experience, putting parents at ease and encouraging brand loyalty.
It’s their responsibility to use commercial reports, local marketing knowledge and their awareness of current trends to make effective commercial decisions to achieve and exceed sales targets, driving ATV and UPT, working closely with Mamas & Papas Head Office and the Next Home store Management.
We want our managers to maximise sales and find the new and exciting ways to operate our concession to not only protect, but also drive profit. They will be responsible for recruiting new staff, as well as training and developing talented colleagues to help them achieve their goals and embody our brand’s values.
About the Person
We are looking for someone who is already an established Retail, Store, Deputy, Concession, Assistant or Commercial Manager, ideally from a fashion, footwear, home, jewellery or department store background, with experience in driving excellent customer service.
We want a commercially savvy person who can interpret reports and use them to implement actions which drive sales performance. We love strong results and this will be a focus for you, without hindering your day-to-day operations.
