    About the Role

    We have an exciting opportunity for an Wholesale Account Manager to join the mamas & papas team. Reporting to the Head of International Sales you will support them to grow sales, margin and profit across global franchise, distributor and direct to retail accounts.

    • You will be accountable for the launch, development and maintenance of the M&P Brand in a given territory, supporting and contributing to the strategy.
    • You will build and enhance relationships between Partners and M&P whilst possessing a wider understanding of each Partners business and how they interact with the M&P office acting as a Brand ambassador at all times.
    • You will be responsible to maximize sales potential, influencing orders and forecasts, exploring all category and product opportunities and building the optimum ranges with all potential routes to market.
    • You will proactively assess and review current markets for future growth with a focus on maximising existing trading territories whilst explore opportunities for new accounts in both existing and new territories.
    • You will act as an escalation point and support for Partners to seek resolutions whilst always maintaining the Brand and balancing commercial objectives.

     

    About the Person

    The ideal candidate will be an established Account Manager within a branded environment, you will have B2B Partner account experience preferably operating in a customer centric retail environment.   You will have the ability to develop strong, trustworthy relationships with Partners from a variety and diversity of backgrounds, cultures and countries, you will be an excellent communicator and will demonstrate strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. This role involves international travelling so you must have the ability and willingness to travel extensively.
