About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Executive to join our team and support the Digital function. Reporting to the Digital Content/Trading Manager, you will be responsible for the sites inventory and products ensuring they are all presented and marketed in the best possible, brand appropriate way with the customer user experience and interaction always front of mind. You will be accountable for driving growth and delivering a best in class customer experience through effectively launching and marketing new products whilst maintaining key trade activity across all mamas & papas sites including mobile and desktop platforms. You will be managing the pre-determined areas of site to ensure day to day deliverables are achieved including promotions, events and new season launches. You will support the Digital Marketing team with regards to the implementation of E-mail campaigns.
About the Person
You will be a graduate in marketing, digital, fashion, merchandising or business administration with a passion for digital. Alternatively, you will be an E-Store Merchandiser, Web Merchandiser, E-Commerce Assistant or E-Commerce Administrator ready for your next challenge. You will have excellent commercial awareness and be customer focussed; placing the customer at the heart of all decisions and have an understanding of what great content looks like. You will be highly organised combined with great communication and influencing/challenging skills with a can do attitude.

We believe that if we work hard to help parents and babies at every stage of their journey, we can inspire them to grow in confidence.
During this time we’ve expanded our brand with over 30 stores and 100 trusted stockists in the UK and Ireland. We’ve also grown our presence internationally, with stores and partnerships in over 40 territories. Some as far flung as the Middle East, South Africa and America.
In recent years, we’ve seen a lot of change. Blue Gem – who own Liberty of London – became shareholders in the company and are helping us to achieve our goal of being at the heart of parenting.
All of this is devised and operated from our Head Office in Huddersfield, with our in-house Design & Development team.
