About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Digital analytical expert to join the Digital team as a Digital Optimisation Manager to help drive their digital strategy and sales. You will be responsible for maximising channel conversion and customer engagement. You will oversee the digital customer conversion, optimisation and analytics across our digital touchpoints. You will analyse and provide interpretation of key metrics, trends and provide actionable insights based on Google Analytics and other source data. You will support the online trading teams to provide rich, multi-source insights into online customer behaviour through analysis of customer journeys by segment and source. You will take ownership of building upon the category insight and optimisation capabilities focusing on the broader ‘whys’ to unlock trade potential within each respective category and across the site as a whole.
About the Person
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, analytical, customer orientated individual to join our expert Digital team. You will be an experienced Digital analytical expert, data scientist, trading manager or UX manager that has a technical understanding and experience of working with web analytics software. You will have experience with online testing platforms and web optimisation along with analysing traffic source data. You will be able to cut through large data sets and succinctly present insight and recommendations to help drive the business forward. You will be self-motivated with a commercial mind-set and have experience of influencing stakeholders in decision-making.

During this time we’ve expanded our brand with over 30 stores and 100 trusted stockists in the UK and Ireland. We’ve also grown our presence internationally, with stores and partnerships in over 40 territories. Some as far flung as the Middle East, South Africa and America.
In recent years, we’ve seen a lot of change. Blue Gem – who own Liberty of London – became shareholders in the company and are helping us to achieve our goal of being at the heart of parenting.
All of this is devised and operated from our Head Office in Huddersfield, with our in-house Design & Development team.
