    About the Role

     

    Are you a Business Management, Accountant or Buying and Merchandising graduate seeking your 1st appointment? Or are you a current Administrator looking for a new challenge. If so, read on.

    We are seeking a Merchandise Administrator to join our family.  Reporting to the Junior Merchandiser, key responsibilities include:

    • Updating and printing the departments weekly stock, sales and intake reports (WSSI Reports)
    • Accurately raising and transmitting all purchase orders to our suppliers in line with company procedure. including all direct to customers orders. 
    • Supporting the Junior Merchandisers in the set up of all M&P retail promotions on the live system and forwarding any related questions to the relevant team.
    • Maintaining accurate and complete filing systems providing administratvie support to the merchandising teams as and when required.

Including the people we recruit. The ideal candidate will be a Business Accountant or Buying and Merchandising graduate ideally with prior experience of working within a retail environment. Alternatively you will currently be in a Administrator seeking a new challenge.

    • You will be an excellent communicator and will have a strong attention to detail and an analytical nature.
    • You will have basic excel skills and will be highly organised.
    • You will have a vibrant, supportive, imaginative and warm personality combined with a can do attitude and a hands on approach.
