    Overview

    The Role

     

    We have a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic sales team in the role of Global Account Manager New Business Development. Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities include:

     

    • Expediting fast and sustainable growth within the wholesale channel, primarily focussing on identifying, developing and on boarding new territories.
    • Undertaking feasibility studies incorporating the exploration of market potential, establishing positioning and conducting all due diligence.
    • Creating strong, collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships, developing a shared understanding.
    • Ensuring best in class brand execution, ensuring a consistent on boarding process, working cross functionally to deliver a launch on time, on brand and within budget.
    • Leading the transition from on boarding to Account Management, acting as an advisor for the International and UK Account team.
    • Acting as a Mamas & Papas ambassador at all times.

    The Person

    The ideal candidate will be an established Account Manager with a proven track record of International Business Development within the consumer goods market.

    • You will have the ability to build strong, collaborative partnerships and the ability to act as a brand guardian.
    • You will demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills alongside a results orientated approach.
    • You will be a strong, proactive negotiator and demonstrate clear examples of taking ownership and accountability.
    • You will be resilient and have the ability to think differently in the face of adversity.
