The Role


We are seeking a Retail Marketing Manager to join the team on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to the Senior Retail Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of the trade calendar, parents to be and local marketing activity across our UK and Ireland stores. Key responsibilities include:


  • Delivery of new store opening marketing activity, including supporting the store teams with the point of sale set up, working across the marketing channels to ensure there are digital campaigns to support the new store opening, and completing a post analysis, highlighting successes and learning’s.
  • Working with the store teams to identify and execute local marketing opportunities, completing a post campaign analysis.
  • Managing the delivery of parents to be events, ensuring events on are brand, that there is supporting messages across all marketing channels and that the products featured are available.
  • Feeding into campaign briefs to ensure relevant assets are created for campaigns and events.
  • Managing and developing a team of Marketing Executives.


The Person


The ideal candidate will be an established Retail Marketing Manager or alternatively a Senior Retail Marketing Executive seeking their first management appointment. You will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure consistency of customer messaging across all marketing channels.
