About the Role

Our Deputy Retail Manager is one of our brand ambassadors, managing the shop floor effectively to ensure we’re delivering the iconic customer service people expect from Mamas & Papas, all while driving ATV, UPT and customer conversion.
Your responsibilities would be training, developing and appraising the Assistant Retail Manager, Supervisor and Sales Consultants, communicating messages to store colleagues, keeping them up to day with the store’s performance and company initiatives.
In addition to this, Deputy Retail Managers are required to analyse reports and identify commercial opportunities to drive sales, as well as implementing and measuring changes.
About the Person
We are looking for someone who is already an established Retail Manager at Deputy, Assistant, Department, Brand, Sales or Floor Manager level, ideally from a fashion, footwear, home, jewellery or department store background.
We want a commercially savvy person who can interpret reports and use them to implement actions which drive sales performance. We love our customers and want the same from the person we choose, someone with experience managing people.
We love vibrant, supportive, imaginative and warm personalities, and if you can combine that with an enthusiastic approach and an inspirational and engaging leadership style, then you might just be the person we’re looking for.
