The Role


Reporting to the Sales Director, the Head of UK Sales will be responsible for growing sales, margin and profit across our UK National Accounts and Independent retailers. Key responsibilities include:


  • Working in collaboration with the UK account partners, developing and executing business plans.
  • Driving business growth through continuous improvement, identifying and executing opportunities to drive sales and increase market share.
  • Owning the product and pricing strategy.
  • Leading and developing the UK sales team.
  • Ensuring best in class execution of the brand, acting as a brand guardian and working with marketing, VM and learning and development to support consistency across all consumer touch points.
  • Playing a leading role in UK buying events.

The Person


The ideal candidate will be established in a business to business sales role within the consumer goods industry. You will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of leading and developing a high performing team alongside the delivery of strong sales performance and the delivery of a consistent brand experience. You will demonstrate a strategic approach alongside the ability to lead by example and take a hands on approach in executing strategic initiatives. You will be proactive and results focussed combined with strong relationship, communication and negotiation skills.
